Priprema

  1. Zagrejte rernu na 180 °C (gornje/donje grejanje) ili 150 °C ako koristite rernu sa ventilatorom.
  2. Operite i ogulite špargle pa ih isecite dijagonalno na komade duge oko 3 cm. Očistite i operite šećerac pa ga takođe isecite dijagonalno. Operite cherry paradajz i prepolovite ga.
  3. U tiganju zagrejte suncokretovo ulje. Pržite špargle i šećerac oko 3–4 minuta zatim ih izvadite i ostavite da se ohlade.
  4. Isecite ćureću šunku na trakice.
  5. U činiji pomešajte THOMY Hollandaise sos sa žumancima i prezlom. Dodajte špargle šećerac cherry paradajz i ćureću šunku pa sve lagano promešajte.
  6. Podmažite kalup za kiš puterom i obložite ga lisnatim testom. Ravnomerno rasporedite povrtnu smesu preko testa. Pospite rendanim ementaler sirom. Pecite u rerni oko 25 minuta.
  7. Poslužite uz mešanu zelenu salatu.
