Priprema

  1. Kobasicu iseći na kolutove od 1 cm a slaninu i luk iseckati na kockice. Stavite sve u zagrejan dubok tiganj. Pržite oko 5 minuta.
  2. Oljuštite operite i iseckajte krompir na krupne kocke. Dodajte ih u proprženu kobasicu sa slaninom i lukom pa začinite C Idejom za lovačke šnicle (bez mešanja sa vodom). Pržite još 5 minuta nakon što sve dobro promešate.
  3. Ulijte vodu pokrijte poklopcem i dinstajte 10 minuta.
  4. Za kraj dodajte meksički mix - crveni pasulj kari čili i kukuruz sa sosom iz konzerve. Promešajte dovedite do ključanja i zatim pomerite sa vatre. Prebacite u činije promešajte sa medom dok je još vruće i ukrasite svežim timijanom. Uživajte u pripremljenom obroku!
