Priprema

  1. Zagrejte rernu na 180° C.
  2. Pomešajte šećer i C mleveni cimet u maloj posudi. Ostavite sa strane.
  3. Pomešajte jabuke orahe i zaslađeno kondenzovano mleko u srednjoj posudi.Oko hleba odstranite koru. Koristeći oklagiju ili čašu razvaljajte kriške hleba dok se potpuno ne izravnaju.
  4. Podelite mešavinu jabuka ravnomerno na svaku krišku hleba stavljajući je blizu ivice svake kriške. Urolajte hleb i lagano pritisnite da se ne otvori.
  5. Premažite svaku rolnicu otopljenim puterom. Stavite ih sa spojem na dole na veliki pleh za pečenje. Pospite ih C mlevenim cimetom i šećerom.
  6. Pecite 15 minuta ili dok ne postanu blago zlatne. Ostavite da se malo ohlade pre nego što poslužite.
