Priprema

  1. Tikvice nasecite po dužini na tanke trake i lagano ih zapecite na gril tiganju. Upržite sitno naseckani beli luk i kada dobije zlatnu boju dodajte mleveno meso.
  2. Dobro upržite meso. Dodajte sve začine i C ideju za špagete bolonjeze razređenu sa malo vode. Ostavite sos da se krčka 5-10 minuta.
  3. Poređajte namirnice u pleh tako što počnete sosom odozgo stavite red tikvica i tako naizmenično dok ne potrošite sve a gornji sloj neka budu tikvice.
  4. Poređajte preko svega mocarelu nasečenu na tanke kolutove i pospite grano padano sirom . Dodajte malo svežeg bosiljka. Ako nemate sveži bosiljak u sos možete staviti suv ili sve zamenite sa 2 kašičice gotovog pesta od bosiljka.
  5. Stavite u rernu i zapecite do lepe boje.
