  1. Zagrejte ulje u tiganju propržite iseckani luk i mleveno meso umešajte paradajz pire i pasatu pa nalijte malo vode.
  2. Dodajte iseckan čen belog luka začinite solju biberom paprikom i origanom i krčkajte desetak minuta.
  3. Rasporedite sloj mesa u tepsiju prekrijte korama za lazanje i prelijte THOMY bešamel sosom. Ponavljajte postupak dok se ne potroši ceo sos od mesa. Završni sloj bešamela prekrijte mocarelom.
  4. Pecite lazanje 30–40 minuta u rerni zagrejanoj na 180°C s ventilatorom.
