Priprema

  1. Prema uputstvu skuvajte pastu dodajte malo soli. Kada se skuva procedite i stavite sa strane – neka ostane topla.
  2. U blender stavite čenove belog luka dok se skroz ne samelju. Dodajte sveži bosiljak limunov sok C biber i so po ukusu. Dok je blender uključen polako dolivajte maslinovo ulje dok smesa ne postane polu-tečna.
  3. Preko traka crnog luka namažite balzamiko sirće kao i preko pilećeg belog mesa. U aluminijumsku foliju stavite cherry paradajz a zatim zatvorite sa svih strana.
  4. Na vreli tiganj stavite piletinu luk i aluminijumske loptice sa paradajzom. Pecite sve dok luk ne postane mekan a cherry paradajz se otvori. Sklonite luk i paradajz a piletinu pecite dok ne bude skroz gotova. Kad je sve gotovo iseckajte piletinu na kockice dodatno usitnite crni luk.
  5. U činiju sa pastom ubacite pesto sos paradajz crni luk i piletinu. Promešajte sve lagano. Dodajte malo parmezana u celu smesu. Preostali parmezan pospite preko svake porcije za dekoraciju.
