Priprema

  1. Očistite i operite pastrmke. Premažite ih maslinovim uljem usitnjenim belim lukom univerzalnim začinom C C mlevenim biberom i sokom od limuna.
  2. Dobro operite vrganje isecite ih na komade i propržite sa iseckanim lukom na maslacu. Dodajte so i C mleveni crni biber. Napuniti pastrmke vrganjima.
  3. Pripremljenu mariniranu ribu zamotajte u aluminijumsku foliju i ostavite u frižideru preko noći.
  4. Sutradan stavite ribu u prethodno zagrejanu rernu na 200°C i pecite oko 30-35 minuta. Pred kraj pečenja otvorite foliju da riba porumeni.
  5. Poslužite sa pomfritom.
