Priprema

  1. Zagrejati u tiganju 3 kašike maslinovog ulja. Dok se ulje zagreje iseći belo meso na kockice. Dodati meso u tiganj i propržiti ga sa svih strana. Dok se meso prži dodati i povremeno promešati. Meso je gotovo kada voda ispari i komadići se pomalo zapeku. Ostaviti meso da se ohladi.
  2. Zelenu salatu oprati i odvojiti listove pa ih iseći. Iseći i paradajz na kockice pa dodati salati. Krastavcu odstraniti krajeve pa ga na rende za kupus izrendati na listiće. Preliti sa malo maslinovog ulja malo bibera pola mere soli i malo peršunovog lista pa promešati.
  3. Grčkom jogurtu dodati malo soli ostatak bibera i malo peršunovog lista. Dodati i malo maslonovog ulja i sve izmešati.U činiju za posluživanje staviti salatu sa piletinom preko dodati komadiče mladog sira i sve preliti sa malo preliva.Ponoviti postupak još jednom pa salatu poslužiti uz krutone ili dvopek.
