Priprema

  1. Iscedite jedan limun a ostala 4 presecite na pola i ostavite sa strane.
  2. U avanu pomešajte limunov sok beli luk sveži i đumbir u prahu korijander i med i dodajte maslinovo ulje dok ne dobijete gustu pastu.
  3. Razmažite dobijenu pastu preko komada piletine i dobro utrljajte u sve procepe u mesu. Najbolje bi bilo da ostavite da se marinira u ovom sosu preko noći.
  4. Zagrejte rernu na 190 stepeni. Iseckajte ostale limunove na sitne komade (sa sve korom).
  5. U pleh stavite maslinovo ulje i zagrejte ga na plotni. Uklonite marinadu sa piletine začinite i postavite u pleh tako da je kožica sa donje strane kako bi dobila boju pre nego što stavite u rernu.
  6. Dodajte iseckani limun u pleh i promešajte da budu u ulju. Okrenite piletinu tako da je kožica sa gornje strane.
  7. Stavite pleh u rernu na 30-40 minuta. Proveravajte povremeno jer med može lako da zagori. Kada jelo bude spremno biće zlatno braon i lepljivo. Pre nego što poslužite pustite da odstoji 5 minuta.
