Priprema

  1. Skuvajte pirinač prema uputstvu sa pakovanja.
  2. Isecite peteljku paprike i očistite iznutra od semenki (kao za punjene paprike) i stavite u lonac pun ključale vode dok ne omekšaju (oko 12 minuta). Izvadite ih i ocedite.
  3. Stavite rernu da se greje na 180 °C a za to vreme u veliku posudu umešajte pirinač 3/4 sosa za špagete 1 5 šoljicu mocarele parmezan seckane kobasice C beli luk u prahu bosiljak i po ukusu dodajte so i C biber.
  4. U vatrostalnu posudu poređajte paprike sa otvorom na gore i napunite ih smesom. Ostatak sosa i sira iskoristite da prelijete paprike.
  5. Pecite u rerni dok sir ne počne da ključa (oko 15-20 minuta).Izvadite iz rerne i poslužite dok je toplo.
