Priprema

  1. Oljuštite krompir operite ga i prepolovite pa ga lagano isecite dok se ne zaobli .Pomoću kašike izdubite krompir. Zagrejte malo putera i propržite krompire s obe strane oko dva minuta pa ih poređajte u podmazan pleh.
  2. Na kašičici maslaca zapržite sitno naseckani luk dodajte mleveno meso i nastavite da ga pržite narednih 5 minuta.
  3. Sadržaj kesice C ideje za Bolognese razmutite u 300 ml vode pa dodajte u prženo meso kako bi se zajedno ukrčkali. Skinite sa ringle dodajte so biber jaje i sitno sečen paradajz. Ponovo promešajte a zatim napunite krompir smesom.
  4. Ovako napunjen krompir stavite da se peče u umereno zagrejanoj rerni na 30 minuta.Dodajte malo praziluka kao dekoraciju koja će pojačati ukus.
