Priprema

  1. Pržiti 2-3 minuta prethodno na kockice isečena pileća prsa na 1-2 supene kašike suncokretovog ulja na srednjoj temperaturi uz povremeno mešanje
  2. Dodati prethodno isečene šampinjone samleven beli luk i pirinač i propržiti još 1-2 minuta.
  3. Sipati sadržaj kesice u 600ml mlake vode i postepeno dodavati u šerpu tako da prekriva pirinač.
  4. Kuvati na tihoj vatri 17-19 minuta i ostaviti 2 minuta pokriveno. Po želji dodati parmesan.
