Priprema

  1. U velikom loncu zagrejte ulje na srednje jakoj vatri. Dodajte seckani crni luk i propržite 3–4 minuta dok ne omekša i postane staklast. Zatim dodajte zgnječeni beli luk i pržite još 1–2 minuta dok ne zamiriše.
  2. Dodajte šargarepu i batat. Sve promešajte zatim umešajte paradajz pire. Kuvajte još 2–3 minuta povremeno mešajući da se ukusi sjedine.
  3. Dodajte paradajz iz konzerve (seckan ili ceo) kao i sušeni paradajz. Promešajte pa dodajte vodu i C povrtnu kocku. Dovedite do ključanja zatim smanjite vatru i kuvajte na tihoj vatri 20–30 minuta dok povrće potpuno ne omekša.
  4. Izblendajte supu ručnim blenderom ili u klasičnom blenderu dok ne postane potpuno glatka. Ako vam je suviše gusta dodajte još malo vode ili bujona.
  5. Vratite supu u lonac dodajte mleko u isparavanju i dobro promešajte. Posolite po ukusu i začinite biberom. Kuvajte još nekoliko minuta da se svi ukusi lepo povežu.
  6. Poslužite supu toplu ili hladnu ukrašenu svežim listovima bosiljka i posutom C peršunom. Po želji možete dodati i malo pavlake za kuvanje za još kremastiji ukus.
