Priprema

  1. Skuvajte pirinač i ostavite sa strane. Iseckajte svo povrće na sitno pa i to ostavite sa strane.
  2. Propržite slaninu i u nju dodajte isečeno povrće pa propržite sve zajedno dok ne ispari voda iz pečuraka zatim začinite biberom solju i Začinom C.
  3. U istu šerpu dodajte brašno i vodu i kuvajte nekoliko minuta. Nakon toga dodajte sadržaj C supe od pečuraka i pirinač i sve zajedno ukrčkajte narednih 15 minuta.
  4. Na kraju dodajte sitno seckani peršun i slatku pavlaku i po potrebi začinite.Probajte ovu supu sa krutonima ili tostiranim hlebom i nećete se pokajati!
