Priprema

  1. Očistite i sitno iseckajte beli luk zatim ga pomešajte biberom solju ljutom i slatkom tucanom paprikom i smeđim šećerom. Kada napravite dobru smesu nju utrljajte u svinjska rebarca.
  2. Na veće parče alu folije stavite začinjena rebarca i prelijte ih uljem. Presavijte foliju i skroz zatvorite rebarca a onda ih tako ostavite da jednu noć prenoće u frižideru.
  3. Kada sutradan izvadite rebarca prvo ih ostavite da odstoje na sobnoj temperaturi 30 minuta.
  4. Na zagrejani roštilj stavljamo rebarca u foliji i pečemo ih sa obe strane po 40-ak minuta. Nakon toga skinemo foliju i pečemo ih još 10-ak minuta kako bi bila hrskava.
