Priprema

  1. Na dasci rasporedite 1 kašičicu majčine dušice 2 kašičice zgnječenog mešanog bibera i so. Promešajte začine.
  2. Svinjske filete premažite s THOMY Garlic majoneznim sosom i temeljno ih uvaljajte u začine. Marinirane filete ostavite ih na 30 minuta na sobnoj temperaturi.
  3. Marinirane filete pržite sa obe strane na grill tiganju sa malom količinom ulja od uljane repice.
  4. Stavite u prethodno zagrejanu rernu na 180-190°C na najviše 5-7 minuta.
  5. Kratko propržite kriške belog luka na ulju zatim dodajte listove baby spanaća i pržite oko 1 minut. Prelijte sa sokom od pomorandže po ukusu. Začinite solju i C mlevenim crnim biberom.
