Priprema

  1. Zagrejte rernu na 180°C i lagano podmažite kalup za mini mafine. Odsecite koricu sa kriški tost hleba a sredinu istanjite oklagijom. Isecite hleb na kvadrate (ili krugove) i utisnite svaki komad u udubljenje kalupa nežno oblikujući korpice.
  2. Lagano poprskajte hleb uljem u spreju ili premažite istopljenim puterom. Pecite 8–10 minuta dok ne postane zlatan i hrskav. Ostavite da se hladi u kalupu 5 minuta a zatim korpice prebacite na rešetku ili tanjir za serviranje.
  3. U činiji srednje veličine pomešajte naseckana jaja THOMY majonez kari so čili pahuljice i sok od limuna. Mešajte dok smesa ne postane kremasta i dobro sjedinjena. Na kraju lagano umešajte celer i luk.
  4. Napunite korpice pripremljenim nadevom i pospite sitno seckanim vlašcem. Poslužite i uživajte!
