Priprema

  1. U velikom loncu zagrejte ulje na srednje jakoj vatri. Dodajte sitno seckani crni i beli luk a zatim i C beli luk u granulama. Pržite 2–3 minuta dok luk ne omekša a mešavina zamiriše. Ovaj korak stvara aromatičnu bazu za čorbu.
  2. Dodajte cvetove brokolija vodu i C kokošiju kocku za supu. Promešajte sve zajedno i pustite da proključa. Kada počne da vri poklopite i smanjite temperaturu. Ostavite brokoli da se kuva 5–7 minuta ili dok ne omekša na laganoj vatri. To pomaže da zadrži svoju zelenu boju dok istovremeno razvija ukuse.
  3. Sklonite lonac sa vatre i ostavite čorbu da se prohladi na sobnoj temperaturi pre nego što je prebacite u blender ili multipraktik. Ako je potrebno blendajte u serijama kako biste izbegli preopterećenje. Blendajte sve dok čorba ne postane glatka i kremasta. Zahvaljujući procesu blendanja brokoli je savršeno usitnjen i stvara se baršunasta glatka tekstura.
  4. Vratite izblendanu čorbu u lonac zagrejte ponovo na srednje jakoj vatri pa dodajte mleko pavlaku za kuvanje i rendani cheddar sir. Mešajte sve dok se sir potpuno ne istopi i čorba ne postane gusta i bogata otprilike još 5–7 minuta.
