Priprema

  1. Osušite leblebiju papirnim ubrusom. U činiji pomešajte leblebiju i kockice batata sa maslinovim uljem belim lukom u prahu solju i biberom. Pecite u fritezi na vruć vazduh (air fryer) na 190°C oko 15–18 minuta uz protresanje na pola pečenja dok ne postanu hrskavi i zlatni.
  2. Dok se povrće peče isecite krastavac sitno naseckajte luk isecite avokado i prepolovite čeri paradajz. Sve stavite u jednu veliku činiju za mešanje.
  3. Sitno naseckajte peršun. U manjoj posudi pomešajte grčki jogurt THOMY majonez sok od limuna peršun so i biber dok ne dobijete glatki kremasti sos.
  4. Dodajte toplu leblebiju i batat u veliku činiju sa svežim povrćem. Prelijte zelenim sosom od jogurta i majoneza. Lagano promešajte dok svaki sastojak ne bude ravnomerno prekriven.
