Priprema

  1. Operite šargarepu šargle i tikvice. Isecite povrće na tanke trake.
  2. Na sredinu lista papira za pečenje rasporedite povrće tako da formira podlogu.
  3. Na povrće stavite filet lososa bez kože i kostiju.
  4. Posolite i pobiberite dodajte prstohvat belog luka u prahu i narendani ili tanko isečeni svež đumbir.
  5. Prelijte sokom od limuna i dodajte ekstra devičansko maslinovo ulje za puniji ukus.
  6. Zatvorite papir tako da povrće i lopreliv budu potpuno obuhvaćeni formirajući paketić (papillote).
  7. Stavite papillote u korpu friteze na vruć vazduh i pecite 10–12 minuta na 190°C.
  8. Pažljivo otvori papillote posluži lopreliv i povrće na tanjiru dodaj THOMY Hollandaise preliv i biber po ukusu.
