Priprema

  1. Uklonite korice sa kriški hleba i potopite u vodu. Ostavite u činiji da odstoji. Najbolje koristiti bajat hleb a od korica napravite prezle.
  2. Povrće isecite na komade i stavite u blender. Dodajte maslinovo ulje i hleb koji ste prethodno potopili. Hleb će vašem gaspaću dati teksturu i gustinu.
