Priprema

  1. Iseci svaki krompir po dužini na četvrtine. Potopi u hladnu vodu da se ukloni višak skroba. Ocedi i dobro prosuši.
  2. Zagrejte fritezu na vruć vazduh (Air Fryer) na 200°C. Pecite krompiriće u jednom sloju 18–20 minuta protresajući korpu na pola vremena. Kada porumene prebacite ih u posudu i pokrijte da ostanu topli dok se priprema piletina.
  3. Stavite kockice pilećeg belog mesa u činiju i poprskati ih uljem. Istresite 1 pakovanje C Air Fryer mešavine za hrskavu piletinu sa paprikom na tanjir pa svaki komad piletine uvaljajte u smesu dobro pritiskajući da se ravnomerno obloži. Ponavljajte postupak dok svi komadi ne budu prekriveni.
  4. Stavite piletinu u korpu friteze na vruć vazduh (Air Fryer) u jednom sloju. Pecite na 180°C oko 10 minuta.Napomena: Vreme pečenja može da varira u zavisnosti od veličine i modela friteze na vruć vazduh (Air Fryer). Uverite se da je piletina potpuno zagrejana i termički obrađena do sredine. Navedeno vreme i temperatura zasnovani su na fritezi jačine 1700W.
  5. Napravite salatu od zelene salate krastavca i paradajza. Po želji je možete začiniti svojim omiljenim prelivom.
  6. Pomešajte grčki jogurt sa sitno iseckanim belim lukom vlašcem limunovim sokom i solju.
  7. Poslužite hrskavu piletinu uz krompir svežu salatu i jogurt sos sa belim lukom.
