Priprema

  1. 500g pilećeg belog mesa iseći na manje komade i u većem tiganju propržiti na 10g putera na jakoj vatri uz povremeno mešanje.
  2. Dodati 150g iseckanih šampinjona i nastaviti prženje narednih 3 minuta uz povremeno mešanje.
  3. Sadržaj kesice rastvoriti u 400ml hladne vode i preliti preko mesa i šampinjona. Nastaviti prženje u polupokrivenom tiganju na laganoj vatri uz povremeno mešanje (oko 15 minuta).
