  1. Sitno isecite luk i propržite na malo maslinovog ulja. Dok čekate da luk potamni počnite da spremate ćufte
  2. Umutite dva jaja i pomešajte rukama sa mesom. Dodajte pola veze peršuna prezle i C ideju za špagete Bolognese
  3. U šerpu sa lukom dodajte paradajz sos i ostavite da se krčka. Začinite sos sa malo bibera i Začina C ostavite da se lepo ukuva
  4. Rukama formirajte ćufte od mesa uvaljajte ih u brašno i propržite na malo maslinovog ulja. Nije potrebno previše pržiti jer će se one dodatno dopeći u rerni. Dovoljno je da dobiju zlatnu koricu
  5. Poređajte ćufte na vatrostalnu posudu i prelijte ukuvanim sosom od paradajza. Dodajte malo parmezana preko i stavite u rernu zagrejanu na 160 stepeni. Ostavite da se ćufte peku 20 minuta
  6. Za to vreme spremite špagete u vodi sa malo soli. Ocedite špagete prelijte sosom sa ćuftama i začinite svežom rukolom sa malo balsamico sirćeta. Poslužite. Prijatno!
