Priprema

  1. Operite svinjski kare pa zasecite do kostiju i začinite začinom C seckanim belim lukom i C biberom. Stavite u vatrostalnu tepsiju dodajte 300 ml vode i preliti meso sa uljem. Staviti da se peče sat vremena u rerni zagrejanoj na 200 stepeni.
  2. Dok se meso peče pripremite povrće. Krompir i šargarepu očistite i isecite na krupne komade. U jednu činiju stavite krompir i šargarepu dodajte grašak i kukuruz pa u činiju dolijte 200 ml vode.
  3. Otvorite rernu okrenite svinjski kare pa dodajte povrće. Povrće iz činije istresite oko mesa. Zatvoriti rernu i nastavite pečenje narednih 30 minuta.
  4. Nakon 30 minuta opet okrenite meso i dodajte šampinjone i prelijte soja sos samo preko mesa pa pecite još 30 minuta.Ukus dobro pečenog mesa i povrća će vas oduševiti!
