  1. Za početak isecite tofu na male kockice. Na zagrejan tiganj stavite jednu kašiku ulja i dodajte tofu i pržite sa svih strana dok ne dobije lepu zlatnu boju.Hrskava spoljašnjost i nežna unutrašnjost tofu sira daće jelu odličnu teksturu.​
  2. Zatim u tiganj dodajte brokoli i šargarepu i pržite ih 3-5 minuta dok malo ne omekšaju.Žive boje i svež ukus povrća savršeno će upotpuniti jelo.
  3. Nakon toga u šerpu dodajte kuvane pirinčane rezance/nudle zajedno sa 6-7 kašika MAGGI slatko-ljutog sosa. Sve dobro promešajte pazeći da sos ravnomerno prekrije tofu povrće i rezance. Kuvajte još 2-3 minuta pustite da se ukusi spoje. Uživajte!
