Priprema

  1. Očistite bundevu – uklonite koru i semenke pa je isecite na male kockice. U tiganju propržite beli luk na kašici ulja dodajte kockice bundeve posolite i dodajte grančicu ruzmarina. Poklopite i kuvajte dok bundeva ne omekša. Izvadite beli luk i bundevu izgnječite viljuškom u pire. Dodajte jaja zatim brašno parmezan i začine pa sve dobro izmešajte dok ne dobijete glatku smesu.
  2. Zagrejte ulje od semenki u tiganju i dodajte po dve kašike smese za svaki uštipak. Pržite ih 3–4 minuta dok ne dobiju zlatno-smeđu boju sa obe strane. Ocedite ih na papirnom ubrusu i poslužite uz THOMY majonez.
