Priprema

  1. Otopite naseckanu čokoladu na pari (ili u mikrotalasnoj na niskoj temperaturi) mešajući svakih 5 sekundi kako ne bi zagorela i kako bi se ravnomerno otopila.
  2. Dodajte puter u otopljenu čokoladu i mešajte dok se potpuno ne sjedini. Zatim jedan po jedan dodajte žumanca svaki put dobro promešajte. Nakon toga dodajte šećer i cela jaja pa umutite žicom dok smesa ne postane glatka i ujednačena. Umešajte brašno zajedno mlevenim cimetom (ili nekim drugim začinom po želji) pa sve pažljivo sjedinite. Smesu sipajte u prethodno podmazane i pobrašnjene modle puneći ih do ¾ visine. Stavite ih u frižider da se ohlade dok pravite sos.
  3. Za pripremu sosa sjedinite šećer i vodu u maloj šerpi i kuvajte na visokoj temperaturi dok se ne pojave krupni mehurići. Dodajte bobičasto voće i kuvajte još oko 8 minuta povremeno mešajući dok se sos blago ne zgusne ali da ostane tečan. Sklonite sa vatre i ostavite da se prohladi.
  4. Pecite ohlađene kolače u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 200°C oko 10–12 minuta. Površina treba da bude pečena ali sredina i dalje meka. Pažljivo izvadite modle iz rerne preokrenite kolače na tanjire i odmah poslužite. Poslužite svaki kolač sa kuglom vanilin sladoleda i prelivom od bobičastog voća. Uživajte dok je još topao!
