Priprema

  1. Istopiti čokoladu sa puterom.
  2. Odvojiti žumance od belanca.
  3. Ohlađenu čokoladu pomešati sa žumancem.
  4. Mikserom umutiti slatku pavlaku.
  5. Umutiti miskerom belanca i dodati šećer.
  6. Nežno pomešati čokoladu i pavlaku pa dodati i penu od belanaca. Sve to dobro promešati pa dodati koru od pomorandže. Još malo promešati a onda sipati u posudice i narendati koru pomorandže preko.
