Priprema

  1. U posudi za pečenje sipati i zagrejati ulje i propržiti batake sa obe strane a zatim ih izvaditi i ostaviti na toplom mestu.
  2. U masnoći gde su se bataci pržili staviti sitno seckani crni ili beli luk propržiti dok ne postanu staklasti pa dodati sitno seckanu pečenu papriku. Pržiti 2-3 minuta a zatim dodati vino med soja sos lovorov list i dinstati nekih 10 minuta.
  3. Masu zatim sipati u blender i izblendati pa vratiti u posudu za pečenje. Posoliti i pobiberiti po ukusu. Dodati mlevenu papriku i kiselu pavlaku pa onda vratiti batake i zajedno dinstati narednih 10 minuta.
