Priprema

  1. U dve kašike vrelog ulja propržite C pirinač dodajte sitno seckani beli luk i još malo propržite pa nalijte vodom i dodajte po želji.
  2. Kuvajte na tihoj vatri oko 20 minuta pa ostavite da odstoji dok pirinač ne upije svu tečnost.
  3. Meso ispržite u ostatku ulja pa dodajte seckani crni luk i pržite još malo pred kraj prženja začinite jelo.
  4. U odvojenoj šerpici ispržite šargarepu na vrelom ulju uz stalno mešanje. Nalijte vodom i kuvajte poklopljeno 10-15 minuta.
  5. Dodajte grašak i dinstajte još malo.
  6. Vatrostalnu posudu namažite maslacem pa pripremljene sastojke naređajte slojevito. Zatim sve pospite izrendanim sirom.
  7. Stavite u prethodno zagrejanu rernu na srednju temperaturu (200 stepeni) i pecite oko 30 minuta.
